Penton is seeking a West Coast Sales Rep to join the Aviation team in the Dallas area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in face to face advertising sales
Travel required
Knowledge of aviation, internet/website ad sales, sponsorship sales and consultative selling techniques is also a plus.

Position Qualifications:

3-5 years of advertising sales experience with good track records of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
4 year College degree preferred, but not required.
Foreign languages a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication, telemarketing, negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and develop marketing plans to address their goals.
Print advertising sales experience is required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Organizational skills.
Self-Starter, motivated and ability to fit easily in a team.
