Marketing Project Coordinator

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY:
The Marketing Project Coordinator will work independently and with other members of the marketing, sales and editorial teams to manage the organization, promotion and implementation of all lead-generating and internal marketing projects; to drive the sales effort and help create and support revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:
• Utilize project management software to strategize, organize and track progress of all active and future lead-gen and marketing projects (White Papers, Webcasts, Eblasts, Internal "House" Marketing, Event/Tradeshow, Custom, Research, etc.); ensure staff members are completing all tasks on time and projects stay on schedule.
• Track leads for all projects; distribute to sales team and/or client
• Organize promotional placements in e-newsletters and online
• Coordinate Added-Value Research Projects/Studies
• Execute barter relationships for all trade shows and events; manage and implement all deliverables

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• One year's related experience in marketing, editorial, communications or related fields
• A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related discipline.
• Strong business grammar and communication skills - both oral and written. Ability to work with all levels of personnel.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Dream Weaver preferred.
• Must be highly organized, detailed and able to handle multiple products, and changing demands and priorities.
